Staff Planning - Planning

Staff Planning lets you assign and/or decline staff members for selected projects/events. We explain the process in more detail below. 


Step 1: first, select an Event/Project, then click on Staff Planning. 

Step 2: assign an employee to the selected event via drag & drop.  

Your staff member is now provisionally assigned and is thus greyed out. 

Their provisional assignment is not visible to them. 

Once you have allocated your employees to the desired functions, click ‘Assign’. This notifies employees of their assignment via email, and in Staffcloud, they are now highlighted in blue. This is changed to green, once a staff member confirms their assignment. 


Please find the different status options for employees below: 


Employee Status 




Employees remain enrolled.  

Employees will be declined. 


Employees can continue to register for this event. 

Employees can no longer register for this event.  

Provisionally assigned 

Employees are notified of their assignment. A confirmation on their end is necessary.

Otherwise, it is also possible to decline employees. 

To do so, click on the staff member’s context menu, then click on ‘Decline’. 

To display declined employees, choose ‘Declined’ in the filter, then click on ‘Apply Filter’.
