To send out a new availability query, it must be configured in advance.
This is done in the Availabilities - Configuration menu item:
Time slots, time slot groups and time slot categories can be created.
A time slot refers to the period (the shift) that is to be queried individually or together with several other time slots (e.g. early shift, late shift, night shift) within a time group.
When creating the time slot, the days of the week can be selected individually (e.g. Monday to Friday or Monday to Sunday) and the time frame of the shift can be defined. In addition, the time window can be assigned to a category and a group:
The time slot group consists of one or more time slots. The time slot group is then queried.
The time slot categories are relevant for configurable rules in the query; mandatory rules can then be defined for categories (e.g. “early”), e.g. at least one service in the early category must be selected by the employee. More on this in the article “Create new availability query”
