Once you have created a new project with an event and team, the planner can decide whether the invitations should be sent automatically or manually via the invitation list.
Click on "Next step: Activate and send invitations" to activate the events and send the invitations to the relevant employees in the background.
The automatic invitation to the individual functions is only sent to those employees who are qualified, have no other assignments at the time of the new assignment and have not entered any absences in their calendar.
As usual, you will find the list of invited employees in the invitation list.
